[In English] Recovery of the 2011 SEED data download system and header changes ■ Apr 26, 2011   The trouble on the system for downloading SEED data in 2011 has been fixed.   Because of the update of POD program which produce SEED data, some parts in the header of all downloaded SEED files are   changed as follows.   - Number of comments in blockette type 052 becomes "0".   - Blockette type 059 is removed.
